Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025 -2026 BDHA Tournaments

If the tournament is cancelled due to lack of teams, teams will be reimbursed.

Any refund will need to be reviewed by the board for reasoning and approval
