On Saturday, August 24, 2024 the Beaver Dam Hockey Association will be holding the 2nd Annual BDHA Golf Outing at Beaver Dam Country Club. Our organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is home to the Beaver Dam Hockey Association and numerous learn-to-skate programs.
With your help, we will be able to raise funds to purchase on and off ice training aids, equipment, tournament funds and storage for equipment. All funds raised will benefit the youth and activities within the Beaver Dam Hockey Association.
You can help the cause by sponsoring the event. We have created a variety of sponsorship levels for you to choose from. If you are unable to provide a monetary donation, items for a silent auction/raffle would be greatly appreciated and contribute to the success of this event.
Levels of Sponsorship
- Titanium Level $1500 (includes foursome of golf & event banner recognition with company logo)
- Platinum Level $1000 (includes foursome of golf & hole sponsorship 32x24 signage with company logo)
- Gold Level $500 (includes 32x18 hole sponsorship signage with company logo)
- Silver Level $250 (includes 24 x18 sponsorship signage at hole)
- Bronze Level $100 (includes 16.x16 sign recognition)
